Trying to design templates in MT4 is like wrestling with Russian dolls. Widgets inside modules inside templates inside a cuckoo clock. Had this been 2002, when I had more time on my hands, I would have fought on but I'm tired and may be ready to say goodbye to Movabletype. Yeah, I said it.
Hi Wordpress?
Meanwhile, a rather unconvincing transexual on Jerry Springer is fighting for her man who has a peroxide blonde mohawk and terrible dress sense. More importantly he keeps referring to her as a "him". That's just rude. Jerry, Jerry!
You know what would be really great? On-line instruction manuals. For example, I hardly ever keep instruction manuals for electronic goods. Clutter are they. But then, uh oh, I need to know how a certain feature works on my digital cordless phone and I'm pretty much buggered because I threw out the manual ages ago.
Solution: log on to the manufaturer's site, find the instruction manual (pdf or html version) for that particular model of phone and 'flick' through it. Or I could even download it onto my hard drive for future reference and have a folder full of manuals for all my gadgets. Without the clutter.
It has probably already happened....
The teenage fansites are still the prettiest and most eye pleasing sites out there.
Why am I getting a pachillion hits from the Daypop Top 40? My site's not even linked from there. Hmm, curiouser and curiouser....
WEBLOG : The Movie. I love this.
Blatantly copied from Harrumph! I thought. At least we admit it they thought.
I'm one of very few webloggers that Jish hasn't met.
I downloaded IE6 yesterday and it reminded me of the first time I ever used Internet Explorer. I had been using Netscape because it was the default browser from my ISP when I stumbled upon Internet Explorer and......gasp! So much colour. Oh oh and the links change colour when you hover over them! There's even different cursors! Safe to say, I never went back to Netscape.
Yahoo! have changed their homepage. I like it so far. Prettier and tidier. I have a long history with Yahoo! I got my first e-mail address with them six years ago and have used a lot of their services on and off. Good move guys. They seem to just get better.
