Nature v.s Nurture
My office door is open a crack and I can hear my team debating about murderers. Again.
One claims it is due to their upbringing and the other says it is "something inside them". This has been going on for a while now and it is driving me insane.
I scream, "This is the age old nature v.s nurture argument!!! Nobody has proven it either way over the years and you're not going to prove it now no matter how much you debate it. So stop it! Just stop it!!"
Now they're talking about capital punishment :/

So So put in a no scream clause in your marriage contract. Or get someone to buy ear plugs for you as a wedding present and practice nodding like you mean it.
If all that fails, only debate points that have already been proven.
I think... after all is said and done... people fail to realize just how much of a difference nurturing can make.
