It's that time of year again. The question "what do you want for your birthday?!" has started lurking its ugly head.

The years I've said "nothing" I've received gifts anyway. I'm not one to ask for anything, I find it uncomfortable receiving gifts let alone asking for them directly but I know that finding the perfect gift for a loved one can be an unnecessarily arduous task.
