I was reading a job listing on the company intranet the other day for a Plant Controller. Nothing terribly exciting, the job requirements were similar to ones you'd find in any financial role. Except of course, the "physical" requirements:

"While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds."
