Night time photography is a real art, something I've discovered on many a tripod-less attempt to capture a scene after the sun has gone down. Here's my favourite night time photoset on Flickr.

that's very pretty! makes me want to read my camera manual and figure out all those crazy settings that can be changed on the camera..
