Happy 3rd, baby!

Firstly, Ramadan mubarak. I hope it's going well for those of you who are fasting. Due to time constraints, I'll point you to posts on Ramadan from the previous two years which I hope you'll all find useful and apologise for not bringing any fresh links about the holy month.

The very few people who still visit (that's loyalty for you) know that I've been away for exactly two months now. I won't dish out the excuses, stuff happens, life goes on and frankly most things in my life right now are way more important than this here weblog. All things in your life are way more important than this here weblog.

All that being said and done, I do intend to start writing here again. It was my weblog's third birthday on Saturday (three years and still gently ticking baby!) and that's got to count for something. I enjoyed updating and introducing you to my life. I love the interaction between all of my readers, no matter how crazy they are (except for that dude that keeps posting about boobs, stop it!) I am determined to return this site to something you'll enjoy once more. And soon. I'm talking a week or two.

Good to see you back and posting. =) Ramadan mubarak to you, too. May you find this month to be one of peace and blessings, patience and strength, insha'Allah. Looking forward to the updates.

Hey, you're back at last!!! ;o) I can only imagine what willpower you must have for fasting -completely admire you! Would it feel a bit like someone putting a Pizza infront of me?

Saima said:

Snowy-its not been too bad so far. But I totally hear you about the pizza thing, I think having that in front of me would be tough because I love pizza almost as much as you.

Saima! You're back! Calloo Callay, hiphip hooray! Please say you won't ever go away again ... we've missed you so much, and the children. Think of the children, Saima.

Ramadan Karim as we say in Sudan and Arizona. It's not quite as bad as when it's in the dead of summer (and I do mean dead).

Happy birthday to the happiest blog in Saima's life!

From an old but infrequent visitor: Ramadan Mubarak! Please continue your weblog 'cos it's the ray of sunshine in this all too dull world.
